private estate of Battledown, on the eastern edge of town, over-looking open countryside
and the cotswold escarpment, yet only one mile from the centre of Cheltenham. Attached to the owner’s home with its own separate entrance, via a spiral staircase. The accommodation is of an open plan arrangement, consisting of kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and all necessary utensils, through to living and bedroom area with colour TV and double bed (this can be substituted for two single beds on request). A third fold-up bed is also available.The bathroom is fitted with toilet, wash-hand basin and enclosed shower. All bed linen is included in the price. (Towels are available on request). Local amenities are within walking distance with several pubs and restaurants serving lunch and evening |
